Overhaul of 2 BING type 64 / ROTAX series 9-- carburettors
What is Carburettor OverHaul:
They are
  1. Identified, Diagnosed, Disassembled, 
  2. Deoxidized, Cleansed
    1. ultrasound
    2. Bead blasting (depending on model)
  3. Controlled:
    • Dimensionally
    • Waterproofing
  4. The following parts are "100% replaced"
    • Needles+ Circlips+ Wells
    • Float levers + Axes
    • Punches
    • Springs (Accelerator + Starter)
    • Lever rings (x4)
    • Diaphragms
    • Floats by Blue Epoxy (Marvel Schebler)
    • All gaskets (including throttle shafts)
    • Damaged screws are replaced.
  • They are then reassembled, pre-adjusted and tested before being validated.
Carburetors are shipped with a detailed OverHaul sheet ready for 600 hours!
